Hello!

Can I ask what goggles you have and prefer please... In terms of value, protection, anti fogging guff, customisation and general quality!

I personally have always gone with the classic masks, ie the proto or older JT range, but thats probably because its what I started with. The only issue with cheaper masks is you HAVE to factor in a replacement thermal lens because the anti-fog implementation just doesnt do the job!

Let me know what you got and what your opinions are...

Scott honestly, you will get about 500 people telling you what to get, and what they prefer and guess what none of em have the same size head, same sized space between the eyes, same perspiration as you.

best advice you will hear, is try them all. Turn up at an event spot the non smokers, (avoid smokers as 1) there breathes smell 2) they are cranky farts) and ask to try their mask

In my opinion:

Grills are cool and comfortable, But one shot in the mouth and youll be spitting blood all day.

Events, look nice are comfortable, dont fog and everything you want from a mask but are missing that PIMP factor.

JT proflexs are PIMP, customise em and you will look AGG but I find they are a bit loose on my head even double strapped.

See what I mean... go try em all.

For customization - Proflexes - you can replace pretty much every part

For Value - Proflexes - £40 with soft ears, soft face and a thermal lense

For protection - not proflexes as they sometimes show the earlobe - Vforce Profilers have good coverage

For Fogging - My Events never fog and i'm a sweaty beast (one thing to think about is that Vforce goggles don't have thermal lenses, only anti-fog coatings)

For quality - All high end masks should be good quality.

Basically if you just go for the coolest looking mask from this list and you can't really go wrong!

In no particular order:

Proto Axis pro - £54
Dye I4 - needs a small head or it shows pretty much the whole jaw! £63
Dye I3 - ~£60
JT Proflex - £40
Empire Event - normally £60 but the plainer colours can be found for £40
Vforce Grill - no thermal lens - £70
Vforce Profiler - no thermal lens -£54

there are so many options out there now so its best to try them 1st.......events have taken my favour, they have never fogged up on me, they look awsome, and very comfey and overall good face protection but that depends on your face shape. also the new dye i4's are awsome, they look great, great vision, and very comfey but once again it depends on your face shape as to whether they will fully cover your face.

i hope this helped

good luck mate

Event's or Flex's:) But try as many different ones as you can and see what suits you best and feels comfortable. I've just got Flex's as they cover the throat a bit more than my vents. But i do like my vents:D

E-vents are my first choice mate, never had them fog up in the slightest.
The thermal lenses are great and really quick and easy to remove and replace.

The only down side is if you use hot water to rinse them off the foam will fall off.
So if you do choose them remeber cold water only to wash them. ;)
