Hi guys,
its truely amazing how few fields are located in scotland for the advanced players. It is even harder to find fields that offer Sup air and 200Bar air.
now i have found a field :
http://www.cumbernauldoutdoor.com/?p=33
they have a complete Millenium field!
problem is that they have no Air suply yet. only CO2.

Now i need your support. check out the website and the pics of the field.
if your interested post back here and tell me if u would be willing to go here regularly.

What wuld be great is if the site did 200bar Air (3000psi) or maaybe even 300bar air (4500psi)
and offered "Walkons" every weekday or at least 3-4 times a week
with well priced paint or BYO + field+air fees.

i have talked to the person running the site and he said if i could find people interested we could sort something out.
This would be a big change for central scotland. a play for PRO teams to practise. a place between Edinburgh and Glasgow with a Millenium field and decent prices.

Ok now its up 2 you guys.
need as many people interested as possible,
doesnt matter if your an amat. or a pro. have no kit or kit.
i would much appreciate it if you show genuine interest!
thanks!

i would come along defineatly.

scotkart are also opening up a sup air site aswell btw.

if you rename this something along the lines of "glasgow/edinburgh sup air" youll get more views.

should organise a wee day for everyone to come along too. can play and discuss things

like 5th of april begining of easter holidays, can phone boc to get bulk air tanks and we can buy some bulk paint from somewhere or bring your own kind of thing.

dont think theres any other walk ons that day.

anyone that would be up for this pm me so i can organise stuff.

wasnt sandy from clan / A1 looking into taking over the scotkart indoor arena ?

i have just bought a 12L 300bar (4500psi) dive tank and would bring it if BYO paint walkons were available

all interested parties should email them and ask about walkons (on a date that doesnt clash with the other local senario games), i would go but would prefer a limit on amount of paint allowed on each game to keep the cost down and allow newer players to not feel outgunned and therefor not play and random teams

if they have spent the money on the feild surely if they could do 1 or 2 walkons a month they would invest £1-2K on a 4500psi compressor
or do what SPC do and hire a couple of industrial cylinders from BOC

i dont think he was planning on taking it over just using it every now and then.

it would probaly be best if we organised this our self and just asked permission to use the site. apprently the guy that runs it is a bit of buisness man and only really cares bout his cash flow so would prob make us pay rental paint prices.

if i was gonna run a day i would try and make it cheap as poss basically so i break even. i can order bulk paint sell it for 25 quid a case, ive got no idea how much it costs to rent the big bulk air tanks they use at SPC but it cant be insanely expensive.

it would probaly be best to limit paint on the field for newer guys but well see what everyone thinks first.
