ok, im a regular on their forum and the main thing thats going on is that they were redoing the shop, but now they have just filled it with boxes full of stuff to go out and fill orders as they have outgrown thei old home very very quickly... they are looking at a very large place in mk to have an indoor sup'air 10man field, cafe/arcade area, much larger shop and a massive storage area, as at the minute they dont have time to count stock as they are coming in and going out, filling like 200 orders or more a day... it'll all be sorted soon though, just bear with them, you tend to get everything sorted if you log onto their forum and pm the guy who is manager downstairs (pete) and ask if they will open the door one day for you to go in and sort everything... otherwise, ask him if he could possibly do anything about it, he usually can, or if not, it throws some weight if you say youve spoke to him when you next ring them up... :) bear with them, theyre great guys downstairs, i know them quite well :D

yeah... thats strange. e-mails do tend to be a bit slow, but they normally seem to sort things on the phone ok. they are great guys as i said, but they are totally overworked and underspaced (is that even a word??? :D). please bear with them :)
