Getting back into paintball

Please can you guys run me through the major changes since I was playing hyperball in 2006. I lost touch, But im ready to get back into it...PS I have an impulse vision - I heard that it needs to be capped o 12b/s - does anybody know what the Impulse Vision fire rate it and how I can get it capped?

Mate not 100% sure but i dont think you can cap the impulse with the standard cricket board in it.

You might if considering getting back into supair try selling it and buy a marker that can be capped .

or you could by a board for it than can be capped
(know nothing about impulse, but im sure theres one about)
