okay in need of a bit of help. when firing rapid the bolt randomly sticks and fires. it is a bit better firing single shots but can stick randomly during single shots too.
i've tried:
cleaning and regreasing the entire bolt system
cleaning and regreasing the entire regulator
increasing the dwell
removing the rear check assembly in the solenoid, cleaning and replacing
cleaning the solenoid filter
using different tanks
new battery
the purge poppet assembly had a little rust on the spring but this cleaned off easily enough
the only thing i was not able to do was remove the spool pack in the solenoid because i could not get a grip of it with needle nose pliers and the surface of that is a little scratched as shown in the picture below, however that shouldn't affect the gun? also i don't know if i'm being paranoid but there's what looks like a tiny chip out of the plastic where the spool pack goes in as shown in the second photo. again i don't see why it would affect the operation of the solenoid but you'll all know better than me!
