Geo2.1 leak

Hi soon as it's aired up the air starts to leak out of the left hand hole on the back cap any ideas, checked all the Orings on the bolt guide

Replaced the rear 14x2 Oring on the propshaft?

It's easily forgotten seeing as you have to disassemble the entire propshaft.
