can someone enlighten me on how to get it serviced by planet eclipse, i.e do i just send it to them or what.

Maybe give them a call first to check they can squeeze you in. Then send it off with your details inside

can you not do it yourself

just send your marker in with a covering letter with the work that you would like carring out please also add your full address and phone number

please note all servicing takes place on a wednesday so if your marker arrives on a thursday it will not get looked at till the following wednesday
