Hi guys just wanting to ask anyone thats had or has a Geo 2 or 2.1, what do you think of them?
Are they worth the Price (Second hand) ?
How much maintenance do you have to do on them? How regular ?
How they shoot?
Any problems (I know there PE so shouldn't be much if any)?
and finally Major differences between the 2 and 2.1 other than the Swivel and Pops?
Thanks a bunch guys.

There is no difference at all between the 2.1 and 2 internally. Both shoot the same, other than different colours, pop asa and swivel they are exactly the same. You will get a 2 for cheaper then you can always add a pops. Easy to maintain and a smooth shot. With pe you have build quality and customer service. Normal maintenance, nothing major and only 3 parts to it. I think stoney told me that he did not even once grease his bolt when he owned his firm geo 2.1.

You will not regret getting one thats for sure mate.....Ease to maintain and use if you can stretch your budget than the GEO 3 is even better and the smoothest marker i have ever shot no joke

used my geo2 for over 2 seasons now and its still going strong and believe me its gone through hell and back. not scaring you away at all but you do need to take a bit more care of it than the likes of the ego because if your bolt gets clogged up with dirt and grime and whatever you are going to run into problems. but having said that the guys already mentioned, there is only 3 parts to the bolt like most companies seem to be going for now and its really simple to clean it out and grease it up. it is a smooth shooting gun and they are pretty efficient for their generation, although the geo3 is smoother and more efficient again.

I have owned both a geo 2 and a geo 2.1 the GEO 2/2.1 has been the best marker I have every shot thus far. Though my NT (when it worked) was a close second.

The 2.1 has profile improvements, i.e. straight macroline, althoguht this is very minor but i like it.

Will be the best £300-£500 you spend if you're serious about have a reliable gun.

Bet you have had more markers than hot dinners! ;) haha

Thanks for the info and opinions everyone, much appreciated, may have to get a Geo 2/2.1 as sadly i can't afford a Geo 3 as much as i'd love to!!

I shot the geo at Staargate and it was super smooth and very comfortable to shoot. Definetly recommend it James
