Geo 2.1 or Geo 3

I'm looking to upgrade from my ETEK 3 and was wondering if there is much in difference between the GEO 2.1 and the GEO 3, if there is anyone who has played with both or has ever one, your opinions would be much appreciated

Personally, geo 3 for me it's much better, i've shooted both and the difference it's quite important

Money no object, the geo 3. That said, if someone forced me to play with a 2.1, I probably wouldn't notice the difference...
