Can not comment on the shot count as it been reset. Let's just say it been broken in and shoots lovely. Shot count is not an issue on on eclipse markers as everything can be rebuilt if needed. Yes I would ship to holland mate, bit you would have to cover the postage. Should not be much and I will even go get a quote before the deal is done if you want?
