Geo 1 Issues - multi shot drop off

Bought a geo recently.

Its got a problem with it but im not sure how to sort.

Its got first shot drop off but on a larger scale. when you pull the trigger with paint, you can here the solenoid working but all its doing is pumping balls into the barrel. Once it gets going after 5 - 6 pulls all the ball come out and it starts to run properly.

It keeps happening. Ive looked at the dwell and its set to 12.5 of which is standard but im not too clued up as to what to do next?

Can someone help out and point me in the right direction?

Fresh battery would be my first port of call,i have seen weak battery's cause all kinds of mayhem with markers,even with the lcd screen showing it's got a full charge.

Agreed on the fresh battery. Also, is the bolt clean and greased?

Got a new battery in. and reset to factory.
Ill give it another go tomorrow

Maybe its worth a shot trying a different air system sometimes the bottle pin doesn't engage correctly,i once had a Dye Throttle reg that i couldn't get to work with my old Luxe so swapped it out to a Pure Energy system and worked like a champ.

Ive just picked up a new system recently but same results.

I've had the same thing with my geo. Dwell should be alright at 12.5. I stripped the reg down and gave it a good clean. I also replaced the noid gasket and filter as that that was pretty dirty. That seemed to work for me.

Ive set the dwell and cleaned and sorted the noid gasket. Only thing i may need to do is change the ball in the check valve.
Its had a new board as the screen had lost 25%.

hope its all now sorted. Should find out this sunday
