gauge/reg bust?

used my trix for the first time for about a week yesterday, air it up and managed to fire a hopper off, then the top hat o ring blew.

looking at the inline reg today(centreflag inline) the gauge doesnt read any pressure yet the gun fires, so is it possible the gauge is bust and the pressure has gone on without me knowing?

anyone have some dismantling instructions for a centreflag
