As you know my PMR made a little confustion with me and a buyer.
a day later after giving him a refund of what we agreed (£50) he then goes to use the money and states it needs no repairs.

Nothing needs repaired, got someone replacing the o-rings in the bolt to stop the leak. If you want to offer me items do it, leave your little comments and digs off my thread....

Should i have refunded £50 just for an oring replacment? when there were spares in the case?

Did you agree to the partial refund on the phone because of

1)cosmetic condition of the marker

2)Leak

3)combination of the 2

The leak and just for as he called it "not telling people more information"

And we bopth agreed that i payed that to show it was not my fault but royal mail and he would use the £50 to mend the marker where as needed. (Scratches, leak, missing logo and missing back part*)

*I offered to send this in an envolope to him and his reply word for word was "nah dont worry about it mate"

Already answered that see above,if you think royal mail trashed your marker then take it up with them.

it couldnt have been much of a problem if he went and spent that £50?
