Gas tank advise

Hello..
I have a carbon fibre wrap gas tank... However it isn't regulated for Britain..

The actual reg is fine but the bottle doesn't meet the English laws..

I have been using it to test guns for over a year now..

My question is.. Can I sell it on here??
