If you're referring to the interview Joe did with the brothers, IIRC it was done a while back, before all this stuff blew up.

As it says in this article, stick to the facts, so PGI can only comment on what SP say not do for legal reasons

And I raised the same issue when this article came out, why no questions about patents, on a thread in this forum although I cant seem to find it now.

Its a legal mine field and PGI are doing the best thing by just reporting the facts. If SP want to sue you, as recent history shows, they will! ;)

Ummmm

Journalism is about reporting the facts and most people know what Im talking about! Not an artice which has "PR" plastered on it with one meter big letters praising people who should be at least be asked about their shady tactics.

Ask them about Davison & Associates, ask them about the PVI case and why they (PVI) went bankrupt...

If its an older article then it was a real inappropiate time to post it..

Er, is that not exactly what we've done in issue 175?

Really? And you're au fait with magazine lead times then?

And you''re also totally aware of all the facts in this case, not to mention all the other cases that many, many Paintball companies are involved in?

You should run a Paintball mag...

When someone slings at you something you should stop having knee jerk responses :)

I do my friend know what it takes to have even one written line in print to a reader. However this interview is on the webpage wich is not exactly as slow as written media. Besides this nonsense with the patent shiz is at least 3 months old and I do believe its a plenty of time even in written media...

On top of that the appropiateness (is that a word?) of this interview is really dubious in times like this and situations like this. So it might be the reason why it smells PR....

Guess what Im really aware of this situation matter of fact I do HELP one of the involved companies with data mining through my real job. If you're further interested lets take it to PM's!

Crazy beard?

Duff,

Is it just me, or is the beard/face rug in your avatar getting bigger over time?

I know this is a bit of a threadjack, but thought I would lighten up the mood, as its a bit crappy on this thread :)
