Gangster Vlocity

Hey guys
recently purchased a gangster chip for my vlocity and it seems to be stupidly fast but when i go to try to turn to program mode it doesnt work?
i hold the program button and turn it on and it just acts as if i just turned it on.
any one else had this problem?
