Gangstar Chip and spring for vlocity

I was going to order and gangstar chip and tension spring for my vlocity from an american website,

they say that they ship to the UK and that they don't charge extra for it, this seems strange to me, so i was wondering if anyone knew if these guys are trustworthy or not.

Normally, it's the tax you pay once it arrives in the U.K. which bumps the price up a lot, stopping a lot of people from wanting to purchase from American sites.

EDIT: Looks like you shouldn't have to pay tax on it after all.

i doubt you will pay tax on that, i think you are allowed a certain amount before import duties apply.

i think if its new and over $25.00 you pay tax you dont pay tax on second hand goods but if the item is small enough you'll most likley get away with it.
