Realise that your time playing with total punters was over .Unless shooting fish in a barrel appeals.Move on to scenarios/walk ons.

i get the "whats the point" feeling. I dont always have money or transport to do walkons so i sometimes get stuck playing punters at my nearest site. it get boring fast if they dont know the site or what they're doing.

in those sorts of situations I just do stupid stuff till it gets me shot out

It sounds like you are edging from making that transition from punter doing a "pastime" to a player doing a "sport " ie competitive ,tactical etc.Your ability level has just outgrown rec players .Sup air or the new UWL might be the way to go .And yes its not cheap lol

Rather than unloading a whole barrage of paint on them (even with a pump), i'd probably have a bit of fun just taking some shots at a few of them in the hope that some of them will retaliate! If there is no challenge facing you, create one :D

Just a thought, but I have been in similar positions when due to a lack of walk on players a site has played mixed games, punters plus walk on. The regular walk on players tended to act more as section leaders using their knowledge and better skills/markers to guide a group of punters, leading from the back. It tended to make their days and ours a very enjoyable one, with lots of enquiries about how to become a regular, how things work, where to buy kit etc.

These punters will become the regulars and tournie players of the future, why not enhance their day and yours rather than going home dissatisfied with your days balling.
