Why can't these be a 32"?!?! I SO wanted these shorts in Paris!!!Slightly to big for me (i must be loosing weight)

They can be a size 32, but you'll be wearing them round your ankles (not a bad thing depending on the circumstances).
I'm sure my g/f would love them.
Do they have an elastic/drawstring waist?
EDIT: After consulting the pic i see they're the same as the Evil shorts, so wont be tight enough to fit me. Lame
