looks like a 5000 psi (310bar * 16) bottle and next retest is june 2008 from what i see?

if i'm wrong please correct me!

edit: no idea about reg though ... if the guy says its a 3000psi reg its a 3000psi reg i guess??

from what i have been told its a 3000 reg, it has 3000 on the reg aswel
