they got any sort of measurements on them i dunno what large is for armsdo they fit you well could u measure round ur arms like above you elbow or whatever

I'm of slim build and weigh no more than 10.5 stones, you'll have to make your own conclusion from that mate. No tape measure at hand!

kk well im not v muscular but not got skinny srms so ill take the elbows mate, but dunno bout knees il get bk to you bout it ill try the dye website for a size guide
