as a front player i will need to get to the centre of the field at the break, but if i am running directly into the centre i am sure to be shot off the break.

at our (team scream) last training i ran straight to the centre keeping as low as i could, i got hit on the head 3 times.

could you please try and give advice on how to get to centre as a front player without being eliminated?

Thanx for any advice i get

Walk the field before and choose a safe route. The easiest , i.e run straight to the 50, may not be the safest. Try to pick a route that will give you cover from bunkers, this may mean weaving in and out of a few on the way, but is safer than running straight to the 50 in a line.
Sounds like your keepin low so keep that up too!

Hope this helps a little, im a learning front player , this is what ive heard will help...

Good luck with it,

Eddie

ok, good luck for sunday.

Also, ask around front players for tips when your there, cause each lane you run through will vary depending on the field.

last tourny we played, we had 2 guy run to the same bunker, but one stopped for a micro second, then carried on running low and got into a very front position, when i played back centre, as the bunker was straight in front of me, instead of running straight to it, and i went out the other way, which allowed me to sweet spot, and also the fire that would have gone straight to me , was no longer there. i dunno why im telling you this, just proof it works, its all good!:)

why dont u when u walk the field if there is quit a large object in the middle of the field then have a look at blind allys this mean walk around 20ft away from the bunker and lie down if know one can see u u can hit the deck 20ft before and crwl in and have less chance of being hit. this means if the pitch say was 100ft long all u would have to do is run quite low for 30 ft and crawl the rest of the way easey.

...I think the idear of running maybe in a curved or safest line using bunkers then dropping ureself on the floor sounds best! Just really getting ureself confidence in diving. Stay low but keep a hard sprint up use ure hand to cover ure face depending on ure angle.
