frequent site downings!?

what is it with all these frequent site downings????? i want answeres this site was down like 3 times iin 2 days.......... hmmmmmmmmm what exactally is going on here? when a site goes down it makes me think of updateing it but i see no updates.... what is going on?

Yeah, I thought it was just me and a ****ty connection. It has not worked for me twice at between 1:00 and 3:00 in the morning.

yea i thought i was my internet connection to untill another member came on and imed me y the site was down then i realized it wasnt my connection..... is it really tehre server making the site go down or is it that they are upgrading and that it is so small that we do not notice it or that we just do not know about it?
