EITHER:

The largest one, or the one that matches the colour of your marker the best... :D:D:D:D

You tend to lose a bit of efficiency if the bore doesn't quite match, but I can't honestly say I've noticed much difference in accuracy or range. As long as it's big enough to let the ball fly out without breaking IN the barrel itself!

We shot Zap Chronic this year and normally used the green insert! Except the odd day it was really hot!
But then it might be different next year!

Lanark.
Go for the biggest and you can`t go wrong. In the long run it would proably be best to get a couple of inserts so you can keep a good paint to barrel match.

the severe i been using all year has shot perfect thru a .684! or a .686! only once have i had to use a .688 and that was for training paint!

yeah on the whole zap paint seems to be a bit bigger than some other stuff

Searching for the pro-tour....:S
With Inferno this year i've used .687 (red) .684 (purple) and on a few occasions .682 (light green).

If you using zap definately get the big inserts, when we were shooting chronic last year I was getting balls stuck in .691 barrels!!!
