So I've just bought myself a black (alu) Freak back for my shocker, taking the total number of Freak backs I own to 4 - that's a black aluminium and a shiny stainless one for each of my two guns.

I also have 3 freak fronts of varying sizes. I've just spent about half an hour trying and retrying every front I have with every back I have, and oddly enough, there is ONE combination that will NOT go together - sod's law states that it's the combination that I want to use!

Anybody else had this? Both halves fit together with the other parts I have!

yup, some of mine are a bit dodgy........5 backs, 7 fronts (one of each plus extra 10" and 14"). Sometimes hit a combination that takes a lot of screwing together. Try a straight swap with someone else.......bound to find one.

Searching for the pro-tour....:S
Some of mine are a bit tight, oddly enough its the genuine SP fronts that are hard to screw in, where as the fake boomy style ones are fine.

Found that if you put silicon grease on the threads they will go together fine, even though they felt like they wouldn't without it!
