Freak o-rings

Going to get my freak back anno'd and was just wanted to know the best way to get the o-rings out? Don't realy wan't to do it with a screw driver

+ what size are they so i can get new ones?

The o-rings that hold the insert snug are 018 Buna (3/4" ID, 7/8" OD, 1/16" CS).
