if it goes thru with a light blow its ok....it depends how consistent the ball is tho...we had WDP going from like .683 to .691!!! i used the .691 insert just incase...still fine tho!
Sure there will be loads of threads of this kind, but here it goes...
Take a hand full of paintballs (about 5 or so) and use the insert as a blowpipe (starting with the largest insert downover) until you can do a normal blow and the ball flying out the other side, if you really have to blow the ball out then go up to the next bore size up.
