freak insert

Does anyone know what size the freak insert is for most paintballs?

different brand balls have different sizes but due to must balls being made in Canada/states (pro-caps) they usually swell up due to transport times and temp changes to around .689-.691 when they arrive in the uk. European made balls such as tomahawk are usually around .688/9 .

personally I'd use a .691 for an average temp uk day and a.693 for humid/hot days
