Freak front or all american?

I know this has probally been asked alot but which front for a freak barrel is the best.
Which of the two is the most accurate, if you were to go for a short barrel?
Is the freak front not just a teardrop barrel?

I prefer the AA

i prefer the AA front coz its easier to clean all the paint out of holes than it is to clean the tear drops... i'm pretty sure they do the same job in terms of accuracy...

I wouldn't have thought it'd make much difference at all to the accuracy since the balls are only in contact with the back section of the barrel - I'm sure somebody will disagree though

Got to agree that thr AA looks better, especially in the shorter lengths.

Sure the AA is easyer to cleen but the Freek looks so cool

I've noticed that the AA front recovers from paint breaks much better than the Freak front. With the Freak front you'll pretty much forced to stop and clean the barrel; with the AA after a few clearing shots it is back to reasonable accuracy. Good enough for the guy coming to mug you, at least - you can't carry on longballing their back guy without cleaning, but with the Freak front even close range becomes impossible.

I always go for the AA front just because I prefer it and there is less space for paint to stay so easier cleaning

i have both, have found no discernable diff between the two except that the AA is much easier to clean on the field

I must admit when i spilt a ball on me freak barrel i end getting me progressive barrel out and using that instead of trying to clean it !

So would it be good a say a good setup is a freak back and aa front ? if this is so i will get a AA on order!!!!!!
