Welcome, Village Lackey. Kris is right, watch yourself, this forum can really waste some time, many times it's valuable time. Like dinner time, or time to pick your kids up, or time to go to work, or time to go to bed, etc. Best of luck, mon ami.

I was gonna add "time you should be working", but then realised that that's not valuable time

I wouldn't do anything at work if it wasn't for this forum. I am supposed to troubleshoot computers, instead I'm troubleshooting markers in the Techroom thread. Gotta love this place

It's strange really - a lot of the people on here practically make their life revolve around posting here, yet upon reading another thread earlier today, I *gulp*.....visited another paintball web site!! - With another forum!!!!!

Man, it was scary!! All big it was, with about 26,000 users!! And over 1,000,000 posts on it!! I was looking at the top 20 posters list and it put Buddha3 to shame!! (sorry mate!!) The top guys had over 12,000 post!!!!!!!

Anyway - that experience scared me and I had to log off for a couple of hours - just too overwhelmed. I'll just stick the homely PGI forum in the future where everyone knows everyone else!!

I'm glad to be back!

Thanks kindly for the advice friends, I'll try to take it all in.
(That is of course with-out losing all my hair,teeth, and money...the real important stuff. The other stuff I might be ok with)

As for the last posted response, wow! but I wonder how many of those posts on the other forum deal with the same subject over and over again like a merry-go-round. After spending several hours reading through the class-room pages and archives thats what makes this forum different-In my opinion. Just before your headed to that dreadful ride of the merry-go-round it takes a turn.

Thats got to be because of the diversity,experience, and fun loving people here.

I'll try to fly straight.

You can't finish a thread its a being ever growing and feeding off the time of us mere mortals.

Yes My job would be very dull if people saw me sat at a computer not typing atleast they think I'm working

Of course there is a little repetiotion but most of the time its about current stuff.
