I've seen that Tapatalk has stopped being supported, but are there any other apps that can be used to access these forums?

It would be unlikely that an app will be available
Tapatalk is a common app to link to forums, but only works if the forum owners enable it, which requires the forum software to have an add-in to enable use of the app
Another alternative is a custom app, which will be a lot more work and expense
Forums in themselves work well on mobile devices. Almost everything has a webbrowser - thats your app. Just add a shortcut to the forum and you're away
We've come a long way over the years and the technology is perfectly capable of running a full web page.
An app restricts functionality of a forum, if the owners do something well customizing their forum then that feature becomes unavialable to the app user

Since a recent update the forums display quite well on mobile devices as well, at least they do on Android.
