Forceful loader?

Looking at doing a little project need a loader that will keep feeding regardless to weather there is any sound etc etc, like the rotor but needs to be one I can get my hands on cheap

Pulse hoppers and they are cheap on here. I think there is one for sale at the mo. I will have a quick look.
