I deleted that one last night. I did it because it made no sense to me.
In the title you make it seem like Planet was giving you headaches, but in the post you admitted that they were being helpful and everything. So your post contradicted your title, which normally is no biggie, but since a lot of people just browse through the titles of these threads, it can easily give Planet a bad rep it doesn't deserve.
