alrite guys

been playing woods for a few years, started wearing army boots untill i realised they arent great for sprinting:eek: then got hold of some dye ATCs off fleabay, which have been awesome, too small now as i have to wear orthotics (special insoles- iv got proper flat feet).

im starting tournament paintball in the new year, and am looking for some decent new shoes, what do you guys suggest? there dont seem to be any websites in the UK that sell paintball specific footwear, including LIPS, BZ, fat bobs etc.

what type of shoes do most people wear for sup air ball?

cheers -jon

Just like footy. Studded footy boots for soft ground and astro-turf boots for hard ground.

Try wearing studded boots or even blades on hard ground, yes you may get some grip but try a slide and if the studs / blades catch, you can say hello to your ankle pointing your foot in the wrong direction.

don't buy metal studs they can damage the bunkers!!!

go for plastic blades/ rubber studs you can get spare rubber studs from jjb or somewhere
i personally use the nike laser T90s they are good because they use water proof e-vent technology (not the googles the waterproofing) they also keep my feet warm but i would also get some thermal socks if you dont want to spend £100 on a pair of boots
