fitting orange ion detent

hi all

got oragne ion detents with springs for my ion, how do they fit i take it you have to adjust the springs inside the body if you know what i mean

any help as soon as would be great, have to sort out kit for tomo

Did you try reading the instructions?

brought 2nd hand with no instructions

ive just fitted them got no air to test that they work

just wanted to make sure i done it right
