Fitting blade frame. timing need adjusting?

i dont think so you just have to change three way around but the best person to tell you will be Dangerous bri sa he does all my stuff on my evo

right, as monkey said you will need to change over the hoses on the 3 -way, but you WILL have to change the timeing as well. both with the hammer lug and the 3-way rod.
if you have done a few then its not to hard, but if you know nothing about timing cockers then you wont find it easy
if you know anyone who deals with cockers i think you should get them to do it or show you how,
if not then your better of sending it to us (Belsales) or plannet or your local airsmith.
