fitting blade frame do i need to adjust timing?

as it says above im getting a blade frame for me evo and ive heard that i may have to adjust the timing! is this true? if it is how on earth do i do that?(im one of these dont fix it if it aint broke) please help thanks!!:confused:

yes and no,

if you just fit the blade and reverse the 3way hoses it will work, BUT the whole point is to make your trigger pull shorter and to do this you will have to adjust the 3-way and once you do this the timing will need sorting otherwise your cocker will fart at you and other such orrid stuff......if you are buying from the planet shop id advise asking them (nicely) to fit it for you....or there are loads of web sites that can show you how to sort the timing out

almost right, but not quite.

it partly depends on what trigger your replacing. Because the hammer lug position in relation to the trigger sear may also need adjusting. as it did when i fitted a blade to jeevus's outcast cocker.

its not a bolt on job.
Trick would be to speak to someone who knows their shiznit about cockers, and get them to do it for you. be it a friend, or a shop. Its a quick job IF you know what your doing.
