Just out of curiousity...How many here do PT for Paintball? And if so, what do you do?
I run and skip rope with arm weights. For arm strength I'll often just watch telly in a squating position with my marker and just switch firing left and right handed. I can do that for absolute yonks, put at practice today I had a long bout of left handed snapping and my arms were just killing me. I was gutted as at rest I can do this for ages. I'm curious if adrenalin has any part in lactic acidosis. Either that or I'm getting old, and you can just shut up Martin...
