Ok, its totally paintball related, but anyone in the Bristol area who is looking to shread their body fat, and improve their fitness and performance should have a look at the 'Gladiator Training' class being run on wednesday nights in Horfield Leisure Centre.
From my time playing paintball it came to my attention that not many players know the best ways to develop useful fitness for paintball. This class teaches a simple, intense plyometric routine which develops explosive power, perfect for those sprints between bunkers, and core conditioning to help hold those awkward semi standing positions we all adopt.
