First time for Paintball

Hi,
Any chance someone might want to share some information to help me with my first Paintball experience. This coming weekend I going with a group of guys to celebrate a Bachelor Party. On Saturday we will be going paintballing. There will be about 14 guys and half or more are experienced with paintball. I don't have the slightest idea where to begin, but I'm thinking that what I wear might be more important than how I perform. Since I'll probably be a target for all the paintballers, what would be the best attire to prevent unneeded welts etc. Should I wear jeans or loose clothing...I have no idea....Hoping someone can share some thoughts on this subject. The baggier the better on that front. Obviously if you wear thicker clothing it'll hurt/bruise less, but playing in the middle of June that might not be a wise move. If the site provides coveralls make sure you get a pair that are 2x too big for you

Performance wise, just have fun! Get in there, enjoy yourself and you'll find you aren't even thinking about the pain. Work with your mates and you'll all perform better. Keep your eyes open, and keep your gun up at all times.

P.S. probably a silly question but should I wear a cup?

Unless you are hung like a donkey I wouldn't bother... having baggy trousers/overalls will do the job there.
