After much debate we decided to hold the meeting at this time.
Why?
Because no matter what time we decide we will conflict with something else. Either some kind of meeting/field walking whatever - or players just wanting to go back to the hotel.
So now players will have to decide what is more important for them - helping out & having a voice in their future OR missing the first 15-30 minutes of an X-Ball game??
It's up to the players - and a good indication of how much players really care.

Am I being thick, but why do you have to have a meeting at all? It's only going to depress you, cos as we know only a handful will be arsed to go. And, like I said earlier, I worry that you are going to use this turnout as indicative and pack your bags. Let's face it, it's a good idea; every player in Europe thinks it's a good idea, so just get on with it, fk the meeting.
Surely you can post the manifesto on here, and other euro sites. Get the registration form knocked up - I'm sure we can do that for you, and let's get people joining.
And here's another one, Goose: Niall's posted saying he'll support the EPA, so let's get him to put his money where his mouth is.... epa membership forms on their site, in any mailshot they do, in any emailing; fuk it, let's make it a requirement that every Euro who plays Campaign is a signed up member. There you go, that'd be a bit more than nodding in the general direction.
If there's going to be a meeting at Toulouse, then let's make it between the officals of the epa and the Mill board.
