finger excersises?

is there any finger excersises that you can do to increase the speed at which you walk the trigger?

The old elastic band around the fingers trick or practice walking the trigger in a pair of gloves and when you take em off its easy.

I think the early learning centre also sell raly small dumbells, could always give them a try

remember that i tore ligaments in my ankle? they healing nice now... gonna go to the walk on at southampton paintball park on april 30th... been itchin to rip my Euro Angel... its been dry fired and shown to my mates, but she aint been let loose yet!!!!

i dont play for a team ATM, but i hope to go for a few training sessions with the Iron Lions and see what they got to offer in the summer... movin to london for MA and job!!!!

strangly enough ive just ruined my leg too.....slid in in training and a bunker peg went through my leg!!!!
playing for halloween and shooting an 06 ego, shockers gone up north to live!!

sweet!!! i wish i had enough money for an 06 gun.... any would do!!!! the euro is good enough for now and i got an impy as a project!!!! when i move to london in the summer i will trade my euro in at LiPS and get a new gun... g7 fly or ego 05... howcome you living in southampton and play for team halloween in essex???? whereabouts you live in southampton? maybe we could go for a beer somewhere and have a chat or something...
