As team you need several tanks, you can indeed totally fill an on marker tank at least twice sometimes 3 times but the safest way from a longevity of the air at an event ywere you have to use tanks is to bulk fill and then another to top off but when I say top off I mean top off to 3000psi not the 4500 your tanks will take. You could do the top off to 4500 but you will need about 4 tanks per person...oh and all 12ltr 300 bar tanks. So in short, limit yourself to 3000psi at events that don't have air on site.

If you mean those 5 foot tall ones, then a few but then you need a specialised fill rig and they are only 232 bar so you won't be getting 4500 fills...but certainly more fills than a 232 bar scuba tank. I wouldn't want to be transporting a tank that size around too often..I used to do it with the CO2 tanks and that was bad enough.

BOC themselves should have something as long as you can get it down to the correct thread for you to put a fill nipple. Mayhem Abridge have that system for their site, look for Ronnie Hollington as a user name to ask him what they used...he should also be able to give you some fill numbers.

i have used an ordinary DIN fitting on a k-size air cylinder before (same as screws into a 300 bar 4500psi dive tank). The k-size was a 232 bar (3000psi) cylinder. If that makes sense??
