Fill station (female) fill nipple

Hey Guys,

So I've got a fill station for a dive tank and the fill nipple has gotten stuck. The collar / sleeve that you retract to put your bottle in is stuck back and wont come forwards.

On the right is a normal adaptor which is working fine (from another fill station, which is in use for another dive tank) and on the right is the broken one. As you can see it is retracted and just stays there by itself. It doesn't want to come back, even with some love and sweet talk.

Anybody got any ideas?

Either there's something jammed in the collar or it's the balls that are jammed because they're worn. If it's the balls that are worn i would replace the fitting.

The balls do seem to move freely. Someone is most likely jammed in the collar =[ I might have to find a replacement fitting. Does anybody know where I'd be able to find one?
