Field Dimensions?

Setting up a training field in the next couple of weeks and wondered if there are a list of field dimensions anywhere? Are there set rules at to field sizes or can they be pretty much however you want them? Same goes for the placement of barricades etc

I'm thinking field sizes for...

Super Air and Hyperball mainly

Umm, normally I think for a 10man they a 100yrds by 50yrds. The placement is kind of how you want but we always put 1 big bunker in the middle, 1 in each corner of the back of the field, and the rest go where you want them.

40-50 yards by 20-25 yards would be about right for 5 man.

Make sure there are some nice big bunkers at the back for us old lardy boys!
