im a cad engineer with nothing to do........sooooooo.......i do have a program.....(many but they cost thousands). so a)could do it for you if u sent pics....im v bored at work

Well get some sketches together and pass them onto via Matt... but the cd option sounds good when you get it back so we can do our own...

right...regarding the cd i got onto my man and am waiting for a reply. thing is i can knock up a modle in minutes....and got a rendering package....though im not a grapic designer i can make em look pretty good.......
did u see the pic of the ir3 that used to be in my sig??? did that while i was bored....and got a cocker...will send u some pics if u want...all the stuf i got at work is boring, aircraft parts stuff.

DC++, get on there and download autocad, 3d-max, swift 3d or any programs like that.
Or get Chris to do it for you.
I recommend the second one! Most of those programs are a pain in the ass to use.........

auto cat is horid....thats a technical term. its really only used for drawing buildings and stuff....ewwww
what u need is a cool 3d cad program....autodesk inventor, solid edge, Pro E......all available fo an arm and a leg.....or pro desktop....which i have on cd
edit....in fact here is an example of what 5 mins can do....(5 mins before i left to go home)....ur new local xball ground???
and i got loads time on my hands....u can have stadiums.....anyting....this includes industry ppl u know

pro desktop, bah, piece of pie. even i have been able to model up some nifty cars in my time. one project we did at school was to design F1 cars, and then get a model made, and race them with co2 bottles in the back. like 12 grams ones.
very useful as well for job purposes, depending on what you are looking for in a career.

CAD programs are meant for modeling things from your imagination which you want to make in real life.
If you want to do the opposite and create a 3d rendered model of a real life thing (such as a supair field) you need a 3d modeling program such as 3DS Max
Just go on DC++ or kazaa lite and get 3d studio max
There are many tutorials online to help u use max, you will pick it up in no time.

I use a 3D program called Maya.
It's a very high end graphics program, kind of like 3DS Max on Steriods.
I used it to do all the graphics work for Campaign Cup,

If you've never used a 3D package before, then i recomend some of the more user friendly packages, like Bryce 3D or something like that.
If you're just a Casual user, 3DS Max would work perfectly. Building Supair fields is dead easy, you can get all the dimentions from www.supairball.com and modeling bunkers is one of the easiest things you could possibly do, as they're all just basic primitive shapes.

dude.....thats the point.......im guessing ppl ahve not got the need of the ca$h mon£y to buy software like teh stuff i use for tens of thousands of quid to draw sup'air fields.
pro desktop is free
and fecking easy to use and with the album function can render it pretty life like.......trust me....this is my job
