More women on the field is definately something I'm all for. If they're small build, then you have someone that's easier to fit in behind a front bunker. They're also sometimes important in making team decisions that couldn't be made without their perspective there.
Ok...now that I'm off that angle, it's a lot better to have women that can appreciate what we do instead of "oh, go do your thing with the guys" crap where they don't even take remotest interest in how low pressure your gun shoots, how many people you bunkered in a single game, how long it took you to max a team in the finals, etc. It's a helluva lot better when you can talk with them about stuff that matters (like the newest Cocker valve or Angel milling) instead of Dave Matthews concerts and their new $500 1/8 oz bottle of perfume or skin gel and soap opera relationships.
