I am having the same problem with the same error message.

I have tried yesterday and today, after a reboot and refresh etc.

Any suggestions would be welcome.

are you putting the thread url in the relevent box? if so, try not putting it in.

aye, tried it both ways. with and without URL.

Sorry to be a pain.

Tried again, both with and without URL after a full restart and refresh. Still getting the same error message.

Using Chrome on a Mac if that helps?

Right, I've sussed it out. You have to fill out both comment boxes. If you leave the second (larger) comment box empty then it won't accept your feedback.

Hope that helps anyone else who has the same problem.
