Feed neck part!!

I have a trinity clamping feed neck, and sadly after reballing at NPF, a part of the clamp was lost

its hard to explain, i have the screw part and the clamp lever itself, im just missing the part that goes between them to secure it

sorry if that is vague any help/ spare part would be much appreciated
