what the hell is the difference between no rise, and lo rise....??????

Low rise raises the feedneck a little bit from the body while no rise doesnt

And yea they will fit an SLG. Just unscrew old one and screw in new one

tried to unscrew it, but its god damn tight, do i just put a screw driver between prongs horizontaly? and twist, HARD, or will that break it?

If you slot a knife inbetween the slots and twist it, it should come off. Is the inner bit plastic or metal?

There's no point taking the old one off anyway as what your about to buy is the same, just take your old collar off and put the clamping one on, post up in the wanted section as I'm sure you could get a clamping collar cheaper than that, infact I'm damn sure you can
